Customer experience has always been at the center of my work. I believe people deserve support that feels human, clear and genuinely helpful. When we take the time to listen, understand and communicate with care, even a simple interaction can become something people remember for the right reasons.
My focus is also on building support operations with purpose. Good processes create confidence. They make work lighter for the team and make the customer journey easier to navigate. I enjoy shaping structures that are simple, predictable and aligned with what people truly need.
And because support is built by people, I dedicate part of my time to sharing insights and guidance with those who help others every day. Support professionals carry a lot on their shoulders, and I believe that offering tools, reflections and encouragement can make their path more sustainable and more rewarding.
